Applicants must have a minimum academic standing of “Very Good” and preferably possess work or research experience. They should submit a research proposal relevant to the program’s study fields, highlighting its scientific and developmental impact on their community or country. Additionally, candidates must be medically fit and willing to undergo health tests upon selection.
For PhD Study:
- Education: Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Academic Performance: Minimum “Very Good” standing
- Experience: Preferably with work and/or research background
- Research Proposal: Must demonstrate scientific and developmental relevance to the community/country
- Health Requirement: Medically fit and willing to undergo health tests after selection
For Post-doctoral Research:
- Education: PhD in an approved field of study
- Academic Performance: Minimum “Very Good” standing
- Experience: At least 2 years of research experience
- Publications: Proven record of research and publications in the same field
- Research Proposal: Must highlight scientific and developmental relevance to the community/country
